As Chief Executive Officer, Judy McInerney has been certified by the State of Tennessee Governor's Office of Diversity Business Enterprise as a WBE. AS CEO she maintains McInerney's successful financial relationships with the firm's bankers and bonding company.
Steve McInerney
Chairman of the Board
The company founder, Steve McInerney has been in the glazing and construction fields for the last 40 years. During his career, he has worked with some of the largest General Contractors in the country on increasingly complicated projects. His expertise with curtainwall, storefront, and window installation allows the firm to consistently offer the most pragmatic solutions to architects, designers and owners to insure they can realize their goals in the most effective manner.
Kyle Foster
President
As President, Kyle Foster brings his extensive knowledge of the industry to bear on all of McInerney's day to day operations from project management to innovative architectural solutions for our clients' window and storefront challenges.
Jennifer McInerney
Chief Financial Officer
Jennifer McInerney acts as Chief Financial Officer of the McInerney Family of Companies where she brings her experience structuring increasingly effective financial and regulatory resources to the firm's strategic financial planning.
Jay Peardon
Chief Operating Officer
A fourth generation construction professional, Jay has been in the industry for over 30 years. Before coming to McInerney he was a project manager in Chattanooga overseeing various hospitality, schools, and medical facilities throughout the South Eastern US. Jay has formed relationships with Doster, Bell Construction & Associates, Crain Construction, JE Dunn, Hoar that allow McInerney to continue its delivery of first class marquee projects for our clients.
Kevin West
Project Manager
Environmental, Health & Safety Manager
Kevin West has been a valuable project manager at McInerney since 2009. He has worked on multiple projects ranging from hospitals, school renovations and constructions, condo conversions, and all of our work on the LSU campus including the renovation of Tiger Stadium. Kevin has been brought up to Nashville to direct various projects including Capitol View redevelopment which includes the now occupied HCA Capitol View building on Charlotte Ave. and 11th Ave.
Tanner Sturgis
Senior Project Manager
As Senior Project Manager, Tanner oversees a broad portfolio of our commercial glazing projects, guiding each one from the initial bid phase through successful completion while keeping owners, architects, and general contractors aligned every step of the way.
Justin Bader
Project Manager
Justin joined McInerney in 2025 and has quickly become a key part of our Project Management team. He serves as an on-site project manager while also managing ongoing projects across the Nashville area, keeping work moving in the field and making sure every detail is coordinated from start to finish.

Macey holds a master's degree in construction and brings a strong residential construction background to our Project Management team, guiding projects efficiently from start to finish.
